I know how to solve it I just don't know how to shade t=it with the inequalities

imagine you are walking on the curve/line. if you are shading y> then you are shading all the stuff above you

well for example if x>4 you would shade everything to the right of 4

you are walking on a line y=4 and it would be all the stuff below you, NOT including the line. If it was y<=4 then you would include the line
