The general equation of a circle centered at the point (h, k) is (x - k)2 + (y - h)2 = r2.

What's the question?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

True or False

terenzreignz (terenzreignz):

It's false :) If the center is at the point \(\large(\color{red}h \ , \ \color{blue}k)\) then the equation should be \[\Large (x-\color{red}h)^2 + (y-\color{blue}k)^2=r^2\] the h and k are paired with the wrong variables here :P

ya thats what I thought as well thank you
