Okay I need help bad I will be asking a lot of questions I will give you a MEDAL OR FAN OR BOTH just please help! thank you When factored completely, 4x2y - 8x2y2 + 6xy2 = 2xy(2x - 4xy + 3y). True False

OpenStudy (anonymous):

\[4x^2y - 8x^2y^2 + 6xy^2 \]??

OpenStudy (anonymous):

each term has a common factor of \(2xy\)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

you would get \[2xy(2x-4xy+3y)\]

OpenStudy (mathstudent55):

First, notice what the common factor is, as @satellite73 showed above. Then, multiply out the right side. If you get the left side, then it's true.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

okay thank you both ill give one a fan and the other the medal thanks
