There are supposed to be that many. All the others have almost as many. Its asking my basically to move the decimal point.

Start with
1.0
and move the decimal points 9 units to the left since it was 10^-9

On the other hand, if it were 10^9 instead, then you move that decimal point 9 units to the right instead ^_^

That's just a shortcut :)
And we start with 1.0
to make it work
So that 10^0
where you move the decimal point 0 units to the left (or right)
becomes 1.0
as it should be :D
