rearranging: 2x + y = 3 6x + 3y = 9 hint : the second equation can be obtained from the first by multiplying by 3

dividing the second one by 3 gives the first so the 2 equations have same slope and go through the same points if we plotted points on same graph it would give just one line so there are infinite solutions see the following plot:
