The third quartile is the same as the median of the part of the data which is greater than the median, according to http://www.mathwords.com/t/third_quartile.htm, so in this case it would be (43 + 52)/2 = 95/2 = 47.5

The third one is the median of the all the data above the actual median, which in this case is 32. So the data above 32 is 43 and 52. The median of these two numbers is 47.5.
