Two enemies met on a starry night and fought until their death. Two unlucky children from enemy families fall in love and commit suicide. From out two enemies came a pair of children who fell in love and killed their parents.

From forth the fatal loins of these two foes A pair of star-cross'd lovers take their life; From forth, to come from. fatal deadly loins The sides below the ribs to the pelvis, basically where the womb sits. It is a reference to child bearing and in men was also a polite way to indicate their reproductive part, as in: The seed of thy loin. A pair two star-cross'd A reference to astrology as in destiny The rest is pretty straight forward.
