What you have are pairs of coordinates...for a relation to be a function...each 'x' value cannot have more that 1 'y' value.... so for example...if you have (0 , 1) and (0 , 2) this is NOT a function...because the 'x' (0) appears twice...and it have 2 different 'y' values (1 and 2) so which of your relations do not have repeating 'x' values?
