I need help with this so that I can ultimately graph it please: x+2y<-6 y<-3

first step to plotting any inequality is to replace all < or > signs with = and draw the lines. Now you would obtain sections of the Cartesian plane. The < or > signs denote one side of the line, that is to say a part of the Cartesian plane common to both equations. |dw:1374431523847:dw| for example the region below y = -3 satisfies y <-3, similarly for the line x+2y = 6. shade the common portion and you would have the answer.

Okay...Perfect! Thank you....I just got hung up on the less than sign and you answered my question about replacing it with the equal sign! Thank you very much for your help!
