OpenStudy (e.mccormick):

\(3-x^4=-x^4+3\) Now can you shift it?

OpenStudy (ivettef365):

if F(x) = 3 - x^4 then I would say that G(x) = 6 - x^4

OpenStudy (anonymous):

so u just double it

OpenStudy (ivettef365):

I just looked at the graph, the line is touching the 6

OpenStudy (e.mccormick):

Look at the form I wrote. The \(x^4\) is the base graph. \(-x^4\) flips it upside down. \(-x^4+3\) shifts that up 3. \(-x^4+6\) shifts that up another three to six. \(6-x^4\) is the same thing but rewritten with the negative last.
