Can someone please list (in detail) the similarities and differences with yeast, bacteria and prions? Thanks

A prion is a protein that somehow gets out of control and start to propagate and cause damage, like in the mad cad disease. It is not very well understood how that happens. It is infectious, but it needs a "host" to survive, it is not free living.
A bacteria is a cell, that contains all the elements to propagate on its own. Bacteria do not have a nucleus, the genetic material (the chromosome) is not surrounded by a membrane. 
A fungi is a higher level of organism: they may be single cell as well, as all bacteria, but their genetic material are inside the nucleus. They may have more than one chromosome, and they are free living.which includes yeast
