Which polynomial is prime? 4x2 - 17x + 15 4x2 + 13x 8x2 + 7x - 16 x2 - 4

OpenStudy (uri):

I think it's the B one because 13 is prime.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

\[8 x^2+7 x-16 \] because it cannot be factored. http://www.virtualnerd.com/algebra-2/polynomials/equations/factoring-strategies/prime-polynomial-definition
