What is the slope to this problem? (picture below)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

slope = -1 slope = 0 slope = undefined slope = 1 Is it unidentified or slow = 0?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

slope = 0?*

OpenStudy (uri):

First tell me the slope points.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Well, this is on a pre-test, so I haven't learned anything about this yet.

OpenStudy (uri):

I mean't look at the graph what is (x1,y1)(x2,y2)?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

the slope is 0

OpenStudy (uri):

@chelchestnut Explain.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

When the line is vertical there is no slope. The rule states that the slope is 0. If the line was horizontal the rule states it is undefined.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

So then that means this slope right here is an unidentified slope since it's horizontal?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

yes.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

x=0 y=4

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Thank you for the help. c:

OpenStudy (anonymous):

You're welcome (:

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Um, on my pre-test is says I got the answers wrong... but|dw:1374690736656:dw|

OpenStudy (anonymous):

The picture, is it the right thing, or the opposite?

OpenStudy (compassionate):

x = a number ------ undefined y = a number ------ zero

OpenStudy (anonymous):

So, was that the opposite of what my picture shows?

OpenStudy (compassionate):

Yup.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Dangit. ;-; I could've gotten a better score... Well, thank you for reassuring this. c:
