How would you determine conterminal angles in radian measures when it is in degrees of pi? I have this question for 3pi/4 so I already know I need to do something like this 3pi/4 + 2pi = 3pi/4 - 2pi = but I don't understand how to get the answer
multiply 2pi by 4/4 so you get 8 pi /4 or, work in degrees, and then change back to radians radians * 180/pi --> degrees degrees * pi/180 ---> radians
Though I am not sure of exactly what the question is
is that the answer for both? I think its the answer for the first one. so the other answer would be -5pi/4 right?
the question is "determine two conterminal angles in radian measures (one positive and one negative) for the given angle 3pi/4"
ok, (but you mean coterminal not con terminal, right ?) in that case you have the correct answers 11 pi/4 and -5 pi /4
yes thank you, sorry my autocorrect went a little wacky
oh... I hate autocorrect... it keeps "fixing" things
