find the center and the radius for the following: (x –9)^2+(y+3)^2=64

do you know the general equation for a circle? It follows an easy rule. If the center is at some point (a,b), then the equation looks like \[(x-a)^2+(y-b)^2\] and the radius is just the square root of the number on the right side.
