OpenStudy (texaschic101):

it is probably easy....my mind is just not working right now

OpenStudy (texaschic101):

@FutureMathProfessor ...can you help

OpenStudy (texaschic101):

It is my sister's...she is in 7th grade.....I feel stupid that I can't even help her with it

OpenStudy (anonymous):

haha i have been staring at this since you posted it. i haven't a clue

OpenStudy (anonymous):

45

OpenStudy (texaschic101):

how did you get that ?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

LOL I don't wanna go through with explaining, just trust me LOL

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I'll tell you this first: This isn't mathematics if you really cared HAHA

OpenStudy (texaschic101):

really ? It is not math. What is it ?

OpenStudy (primeralph):

Hold on.

OpenStudy (texaschic101):

@genius12 ....I just don't get it

OpenStudy (primeralph):

A possible answer is 81. Hold on.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

@texaschic101 What do they mean by: "...each of the numbers on the windows and door must be used only once and no number can be reversed."

HanAkoSolo (jamierox4ev3r):

i no comprendo sorry :P

OpenStudy (texaschic101):

I don't know.....this is all my sister got

OpenStudy (primeralph):

Or 23....

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Problems like this is why public schools are failing. More BS and not real mathematics being taught!

OpenStudy (texaschic101):

if this is not math...what is it ?

OpenStudy (primeralph):

Or 75....

OpenStudy (primeralph):

Many possible solutions. It's just reasoning and a little bit of math.

OpenStudy (texaschic101):

@FutureMathProfessor ....you are making me go crazy here...

OpenStudy (texaschic101):

many solutions ?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I'd put 45

HanAkoSolo (jamierox4ev3r):

maybe you have to create proportions or something idk just a suggestion

OpenStudy (texaschic101):

this is for 7th grade...don't forget

HanAkoSolo (jamierox4ev3r):

idk im not in 7th grade and i can't figure it out, same with you @texaschic101 ....

OpenStudy (texaschic101):

lol....futuremathprofessor said put 45.....I don't really know how he got that

OpenStudy (texaschic101):

I will put that.....I guess...because he is very logical

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Here's a better answer: "45, but I'd rather answer real mathematics problems next time"

OpenStudy (texaschic101):

please explain how this is not real math

OpenStudy (texaschic101):

ahhhhhhhhhh he keeps leaving

OpenStudy (primeralph):

There are many ways to get to Rome if you have no constraints. The problem has many logical solutions depending on how you look at it. I do puzzles for a living. Good luck.

OpenStudy (wolf1728):

I get 12 as a solution

OpenStudy (texaschic101):

primeralph says there are many solutions

HanAkoSolo (jamierox4ev3r):

it can't be 12 thats too low, and besides, there is little to no math involved in this .....

OpenStudy (texaschic101):

am I just trying to make this harder then what it is
