Determine the number of ways a computer can randomly generate a prime integer between 10 and 20

OpenStudy (anonymous):

A computer is not capable of generating a truly random number. If this is for a computer science class, it may be a trick question.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Are you looking for the number of primes between 10 and 20?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

this is a theoretical math problem

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I'm not sure of the answer because I am absolutely sure that my first statement is correct. Although the fact that the computer is being asked to generate the number may be extraneous information. Perhaps there is no limit because a computer uses an algorithm to generate what appears to be a random number, but that algorithm could be anything. It would just have to add the step to determine that the result is actually prime.

the answer choices are: 2 3 4 5 11

Then unlimited is not the answer. I await @tcarroll010's answer with great interest.
