I already know that..
A= 125 , C= 90 , G= 60 & E= 85
So, what can I do to find BDFH's angles?
OpenStudy (anonymous):
Are you there?
OpenStudy (anonymous):
@FilthyMcNasty yes, why?
OpenStudy (anonymous):
A line is equal to 180 degrees, so all the angles on a line also add up to 180
OpenStudy (anonymous):
Lets do Line GE 1st, you see it ?

Yep, alright
OpenStudy (anonymous):
Theres 3 angles on line GE, 1 is 30 - 1 is 18 the other is unkown
OpenStudy (anonymous):
Yep, :) and..?
OpenStudy (anonymous):
hold up, lol
OpenStudy (anonymous):
haha okay

yes, but it can be solved
OpenStudy (anonymous):
20
OpenStudy (anonymous):
Where does 20 go?
OpenStudy (anonymous):
i mean, 28. <BCD's missing angle
OpenStudy (anonymous):
No. I know angle B i 28. i'm asking did u forget to put a number for angle A or H?

oh okay. A=125 H=45
OpenStudy (anonymous):
am i right?
OpenStudy (anonymous):
-_-. Do you have the original picture? You dont understand what i am asking you.
OpenStudy (anonymous):
Yep, i have. up there. lol sorry
OpenStudy (anonymous):
You see how all the triangles have the measures of 2 angles? But triangle AHB has only 1 angle measure? Im asking you if there is an angle measure that you forgot to put up there..

Ah, nope. Only 10 is present,
OpenStudy (anonymous):
OK then lets just continue ....
OpenStudy (anonymous):
A line is equal to 180 degrees, so all the angles on a line also add up to 180
OpenStudy (anonymous):
Lets do Line GE 1st, you see it ?
OpenStudy (anonymous):
Yep, got that

What are the measures of the 3 angles on that line ?
OpenStudy (anonymous):
30 & 18 & 77?
OpenStudy (anonymous):
30 & 18 & the other one is <F .. But its blank & we dont know it. You know how to find it ?
OpenStudy (anonymous):
Uhm, 180 - 48. ?
OpenStudy (anonymous):
Un huh, which is 32. So now we've found 1 angle of the quadrilateral.

Oh, right! :)
OpenStudy (anonymous):
Now let's do line EC, what are the 3 angles on that line?
OpenStudy (anonymous):
62 , 77 & D
OpenStudy (anonymous):
Ok find D
OpenStudy (anonymous):
141.

You made a slight mistake. Try again!
OpenStudy (anonymous):
Oh! 41
OpenStudy (anonymous):
.__.
OpenStudy (anonymous):
Yup! & we found another angle of the quadrilateral!
OpenStudy (anonymous):
Now lets do Line AC, what are the 3 angles?

:3 10, B.. how do i find the other? :|
OpenStudy (anonymous):
Remember BCD is a triangle & the angles add up to 180.
OpenStudy (anonymous):
They give you 2 angles already so find the other
OpenStudy (anonymous):
find <B
OpenStudy (anonymous):
oh okay.. 142?

How did you get that?
OpenStudy (anonymous):
90+62= 152, 180-152= 28.
10+28=48.
B= 180-38.
B= 142?
Is there something wrong?
OpenStudy (anonymous):
Ohh, i thought you were saying angle B was 142. lol But you're correct. & we've found another angle of the quadrilateral.
OpenStudy (anonymous):
Oh, finally. :D
OpenStudy (anonymous):
What does the sum of the angles of a quadrilateral add up to?

360.
So, just add up all found angles and subtract it from 360? :)
OpenStudy (anonymous):
Exactly. So what is <H?
OpenStudy (anonymous):
145?
OpenStudy (anonymous):
Yeah, & thats it. You got all the angles of the quadrilateral. & you can em up to see if they add up to 360 degrees and they do.
OpenStudy (anonymous):
So were done, is that all you need help with?
