The table below shows the approximate declination of four stars. Name of star Declination Canopus -52° Spica -11° Deneb +45° Castor +31° Which of these stars are located north of the celestial equator? Spica and Castor Canopus and Deneb Canopus and Spica Deneb and Castor @Festinger

Well if my knowledge of astronomy is correct, positive declination would mean north of the of the celestial equator. So Deneb and Castor are located north.

its not Castor for sure @sumi29, its Canopus and something else

@RANE : A quick Google search of Castor does show that it is located north of the celestial equator.
