What is the measure of the radius of S?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

|dw:1375308661275:dw|

HanAkoSolo (jamierox4ev3r):

it would just be 12.2 divided by two, which is 6.1 units

OpenStudy (anonymous):

A.24.4 units B.12.2 units C.3.05 units D.6.1 units

HanAkoSolo (jamierox4ev3r):

so your answer would be D.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Theres already a radius in your drawing |dw:1375308845341:dw|

HanAkoSolo (jamierox4ev3r):

right but is YL the diameter, b/a if its not, that changes a lot of things...

OpenStudy (anonymous):

so is 6.1

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Yea, thats a diameter, but it's not needed. You're just reading the length of the radius off the picture

HanAkoSolo (jamierox4ev3r):

but if YL is indeed the diameter the answer is 6.1 @rosa12 does that make sense?

HanAkoSolo (jamierox4ev3r):

this is a picture of a radius, to help you get a better idea @rosa12

OpenStudy (anonymous):

okay thank you so much ;)

HanAkoSolo (jamierox4ev3r):

no problem, and if you have any questions, do not be afraid to hit me up in the future kay?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

okay
