Hey there, Im new at this, but I did some research on your question. As i understand it one point is equal 1% of the mortgage amount. So you need to multiply 3 x 0.01 x $519,00 for the Discount and 2x0.01x$519,000 for the origination amount

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Or you can also Multiply $519,000 x 0.03 for the Discount and $519,000 x 0.02 for the Origination

So B would be correct ?

Yes, it should be
