Which of the following ordered pairs is not a solution to the inequality y > -2x + 1? (0, 6) (0, 2) (-1, 9) (1, -3)

I just need to understand it because I have more like this one.

OpenStudy (mathstudent55):

Take each ordered pair. Plug in the x-coordinate for x, and the y-coordinate for y, in the given inequality, and see which ordered pairs make the inequality true. Those ordered pairs are the solutions. The ordered pair that does not make the inequality true is not the solution.

Thank you!
