This one's a little tricky. I'd probably go with the second choice, Israel settling large tracts of land in the West Bank (which is still an ongoing issue today). The West Bank was administered by neighboring Jordan until Israeli action seized it in the Six Day War. Jordan was an ally of Egypt and shared a defense pact with them. The other answers are a little iffy. Israel became its own country in 1948 when it declared independence -- at least, in the eyes of the Israelis and their allies if not most of the Arab countries at the time. The Palestinian Authority, however, continues to refuse in recognizing Israel as a Jewish state at all more than half a century later and the Six Day War did nothing to change that. As for the signing of the Camp David Accords, those were done after months of negotiations and well after the Yom Kippur War which took place a few years after the Six Day War. Those were hoped to begin the peace process in the Middle East and made Egypt the first Arab nation to recognize Israel's statehood. A few topics, such as the West Bank and the Gaza Strip were also part of the discussions.
