4times5+20

OpenStudy (anonymous):

so 3times 5+15

OpenStudy (anonymous):

2*10+20 so 1*10+10

OpenStudy (anonymous):

5*4+20 so 2*4+8

OpenStudy (anonymous):

5*3-10*1+4*2/20 15-10+8/20 13/20

OpenStudy (anonymous):

how did you guys get 20?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

all the numbers that are on the bottom of the fraction can all be multilied by another number to equal 20

OpenStudy (anonymous):

20 is LCM of 4,2,5

OpenStudy (anonymous):

sorry, multiplied, not multilied

OpenStudy (anonymous):

ohhhh now i see it i just always get confused with that

OpenStudy (anonymous):

its fine, i get confused alot too

OpenStudy (anonymous):

i understand how to get the common denominator now but if i saw another problem lik this id get stumped again

OpenStudy (imtiaz7):

first take the lcm which will be 20 and numerator will be 13 as this: 3/4-1/2+2/5=13/20|dw:1375853705013:dw|
