Looks like it's not multiple choice, lol. Well, a polar coordinate is in the form of (r,theta), where r is the radius and theta is the angle. Since there are only two lines per quadrant, then I'm going to assume that the multiples of pi/4 are not listed. So if you need radius and angle, can you tell what those values might be?
