Well, you want to pick various values of t into both equations and see what x and y-values you get. Like for example, if you chose t = 0, you would put it into the first equation and get x = 0. You would then put it into the y-equation and get y = 3. So with x and y-solved for, you would plot the point (0,3). Now just do this for other values of t.

Thanks, is there anyway of solving for the limits of this equation without just plugging in random numbers?

Well, sin and cos are periodic, so once you go to 2pi, the same values will repeat themselves. So I would probably just plot the values at 0, pi/2, pi, and 3pi/2. If you really have to plot more you can, but you probably do not need to. I don't see any boundaries or intervals that you're restrained to.
