PLEASE HELP!!! JUST NEED A GOOD IDEA FOR A CONDITIONAL!!! Dr. Madness is very clever. He can solve just about any problem, but he does get tripped up by logic statements. For your first task, you must write a conditional statement to the mayor about your secret plan to defeat Dr. Madness. Then you must change your statement into three different "secret codes" and write the statement in those codes. Your three secret codes will be the inverse, converse, and contrapositive of the conditional. Be sure to identify which statement is which, so that the mayor can decode the message.

If you push the button, Dr. Madness will be destroyed.

LOL

lol

OpenStudy (zzr0ck3r):

the converse is if Dr madness is destroyed, then you pushed the button

ANY OTHER SUGGESTIONS?

OpenStudy (zzr0ck3r):

why? that one is fine

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Seriously, your prof is just looking for an If <anything> then <anything> type of sentence.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

alright fine

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Content doesn't matter, as long as you modify it correctly for the inverse and those other things

OpenStudy (anonymous):

thanks!

OpenStudy (zzr0ck3r):

the converse is if Dr madness is destroyed, then you pushed the button the inverse is if you don't push the button, then dr madness is not destroyed contrapositive if dr madness is not destroyed, then you didn't push the button

OpenStudy (anonymous):

ok thanks a lot!

OpenStudy (anonymous):

@zzr0ck3r is this correct? CONDITIONAL: If i push the button, then Dr. Madness will be destroyed. INVERSE: If I do not push the button, then Dr. Madness will not be destroyed CONVERSE: If Dr. Madness id destroyed, then i pushed the button. CONTRAPOSITIVE: If Dr. Madness is not destroyed, then i did not push the button.

@zzr0ck3r

OpenStudy (zzr0ck3r):
