How do you find displacement on a graph

OpenStudy (anonymous):

on a time graph ?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

well It doesn't matter if its constant velocity, constant acceleration, etc. They just want to know how far the object displaced over that time. So your just taking the displacement at time 'b' minus the displacement at time 'a'. hoped that helped !

OpenStudy (naveenbabbar):

Simply draw the displacement vector between initial and final position

OpenStudy (naveenbabbar):

Its length is equal to magnitude and its angle with x-axis gives the direction.
