i would start by converting everything to months
like if they say expense1/week then it will be
expense1*4/month right? unless i converted wrong lol.

then you can subtract them from the salary.

convert semi annually to month (/6)
then subtract the right part expenses from the income

you only have 4 expenses that are not in terms of "months" so convert them by *4 or /6 as needed
