Simplify using only positive exponents. (27^-2)^1/3

OpenStudy (psymon):

Well to start, when you have a power that is raised to another power, we can simply multiply those exponents. So since we have -2 raised to a 1/3 power, these multiply and we end up with a -2/3 power. Now in order to make this positive, we simply flip our number upside down, moving it into the denominator of a fraction. So 27^(-2/3) turns into this: \[\frac{ 1 }{ 27^{\frac{ 2 }{ 3 }} }\] That kind of make sense what I did?
