Some one please help?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Let g = the number of Goldstar rides(tickets) purchased. From the problem statement, the number of premium ride tickets is three more than g or: g+3 $12 times the number of premium tickets plus $8 times the number of Goldstar tickets has to equal $96. $12(g+3) + $8(g) = $96 g = 3 $8(g) = $24
