turn this into exponential form? (x+3)/4=log(y+2)

OpenStudy (debbieg):

\[\large\log_{b} x=y\]means \[\large b^y=x\]

OpenStudy (debbieg):

So from the log form to the exponential: The base of log becomes the base of the exponential. The input of the log becomes the output of the exponential. The output of the log becomes the input (the exponent) of the exponential. That's where all the pieces-parts go, so just apply that to your expression.
