Which court order is directed to an officer holding a prisoner to show why the prisoner should not be released?
@Jamierox4ev3r
A. due process B. writ of habeas corpus C. right to adequate defense D. guarantee against self-incrimination As far as I have studied it is a guarantee against self incrimination but due process of law can also be the answer right?
it would actually be B. writ of habeas corpus. As a court order that is directed to an officer holding a prisoner, it mandates that the prisoner be brought before the court and that the officer show cause why the prisoner should not be released.
Does this make sense? @Royuzen24

Denaturalization is how the U.S.government goes about revoking your U.S. citizenship

Naturalization is the process by which U.S. citizenship is granted
Ah oh thank, so the answer left is denaturalization,
