Solve the equation or formula for the indicated variable A=4b^5h for h A. h = a/b^5 B. h= a/b^5 - 4 C. h = 4a/b^5 D. h = a/4b^5

OpenStudy (abb0t):

Divide by \(A\) and \(b^5\) to both sides.

OpenStudy (abb0t):

You can rule out option \(A\) and \(B\)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

ok hold on

OpenStudy (anonymous):

i got c is that correct

OpenStudy (anonymous):

@abb0t

OpenStudy (abb0t):

Wrong. I said divide by \(4\) to both sides!

OpenStudy (anonymous):

ok so its gotta be d but i still wanna work it but thanks

OpenStudy (abb0t):

Yes. You're dividing both sides by \(4b^5\) to isolate \(h\) by itself. Remember that when you didivde by same term \(\frac{a}{a} = 1\) you get ONE. so h is alone.
