Let's check. If it was moving with constant speed, then the speed should be the same for all time, correct? This also means the velocity should have the same magnitude (be the same size) for all time. But on the graph you can see that when we start, the velocity is below the axis and so is negative, but later on it is right on the axis and is zero. So it has changed. So the speed is not constant but changes.

So it can't be A, but if the acceleration is 0, then the speed wouldn't change (acceleration is change in speed), so A and C are the same.

Yes, that is what I would guess too. But the question is pretty bad since they don't tell us where the reference point actually is.
