what would the graph look like for y=lx-2l

OpenStudy (oaktree):

The graph of an absolute value graph moved up two units. So like this:

|dw:1377825417800:dw|

OpenStudy (oaktree):

Makes sense? Do you need me to explain how I got that?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

What I need to know really is how to get it on a graphing calculator!

OpenStudy (oaktree):

Oh! That's a lot easier. You go to the graphing part of the calculator and type in your equation, and then hit graph. That's it.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

When I try and graph it on the calculator it goes over 2 to the right

OpenStudy (oaktree):

Wow. Total brain fart by me! I'm so sorry - you're right. :)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Oh okay thank you!!!
