I would start by breaking it up into more than one sentence. It is much to wordy and confusing to read. Do that then post your revision as a reply and we will work on it some more. By the way is this for an ESL course?

I'm reading over a paragraph that a co-worker wrote for a group of people she teaches basic english to but as I was reading it I felt confused so I thought I'd get another opinion. I can't really change the whole paragraph for her but she was asking about the appropriate punctuation. It's not for an actual paper, just for a small progress note so it's meant to be short and simple.  @jagatuba

I see. Well it's understandable that you got confused. Not to offend, but it poorly constructed. The grammar and punctuation are both all wrong. I really don't know what to tell you if it can't be rewritten since it's a run-on sentence with too many verbs acting on one subject. Here's what I mean (and this is why the sentences confuses the reader right off the bat).

Facilitator INTRODUCED topic of discussion by EDUCATING clients about basic English language skills in order to ASSIST them with proper pronunciation of vowel sounds ...

You've got three working verbs there. I (and most other readers) have no idea what the facilitator is doing. Unless your co-worker is willing to rephrase the sentence, it'll just have to be a confusing and poorly written sentence with proper punctuation. 

To fix the punctuation put commas between the phrases at the end of the sentence and ditch the capitalization.
