\(\large a_{\color{red}{n}+1} = \frac{\color{red}{n}^2-4}{4}. a_{\color{red}{n}}\)
put \(\large \color{red}{n}=1\) above
\(\large a_{\color{red}{1}+1} = \frac{\color{red}{1}^2-4}{4}. a_{\color{red}{1}} \)
\(\large a_{2} = \frac{1-4}{4}. a_{\color{red}{1}} \)
simplify
-3/4 times a1?

lol glad you knocked it down :) a2 = -3/4 a1 =-3/4(-5) = 15/4 similarly we can use a2 to find a3... and so on.. im sure you saw it as an recursive relation :)
