Well, \[\int\limits_{}^{}e ^{u}=\frac{ e ^{u} }{ du } \]So basically, the first one is simply e to the same power, but then divided by the derivative of the power.

The second one, let u = sin5x The 3rd one, the first thing I think of to do is try adding 5 and subtracting 5 at the same time in the numerator. This lets you split it up into two fractions and cancel out the numerator. the last one just let u = x^2 + 5x
