HELP ME PLEASE!!
Without calculating the slope, how can you tell that the slope of the line that passes through the points (-5,-3) and (2,4) is positive?
You can tell the line is positive because if you think if this live graphed, it goes from negative to positive. Also f you have coordinates that are both negative then coordinates that are both positive, you can see the line will be going up. Remember that when something ones from a lower number, the negative, to a higher number, the positive, the number is increasing. So the two coordinates that are negative will be in the lower left hand quadrente a the positive coordinates will be in the upper right hand quadrente . So the line moves up in a positive direction. Hope I helped.
You can plot it.
But it says without plotting though
To me, it says "without calculating". Doesn't say anything about not plotting.
