Can someone tell me if I'm correct. Let f(x) = 1 - x + x^2 and g(x) = 1 + x. Then f(x)g(x) equals 1 - x + x^2 + x^3?

Yes this is correct

OpenStudy (anonymous):

(x+1)(x^2+x-1) x^3+x^2-x+x^2+x-1 -x and x cancel and you combine the x squared.

Mmkay thank you :)
