how do you find the ratio of a perimeter of a larger rectangle to a perimeter to a smaller rectangle

my question is Find the ratio of the perimeter of the larger rectangle to the perimeter of the smaller rectangle.. The measurements of the larger rectangle is 5ft by 13 ft. The smaller rectangles measurements are 3ft by 11ft.

Perimeter of a rectangle = 2(l+b), where 'l', is the length and 'b' is the breadth of the rectangle. Perimeter of the big rectangle: 2(11+5), which equals 32cm. Perimeter of the small rectangle: 2(9+3), which equals: 24cm. Ratio of the perimeter of the larger rectangle to the perimeter of the smaller rectangle means, ratio of 32 and 24, which gives: 4/3 as the answer. hope you got my explanation clearly.
