your computer supply store sells two types of ink jet printers. The first type, type A costs $237 and you make a $22 profit on each one. The second type B costs $122 and you make a $19 profit on each one. You can order no more than 120 printers this month, and you need to make atleast $2400 profit on them. If you must order atleast one of each type of printer how many of each type of printer should you order if you want to summarize your cost?

if you got the minimum of 1 expensive printer, and all 199 remaining cheap printers your profit is 119 x 19 = $2261 + $22 = $2283

the difference in profit between the printers is $22-19 = $3

you need additional difference in profit so many times until your profit reaches the requirement. so you need to replace cheap printers with expensive ones as long as the profit from the 120 printers is still under the requirement.

if we order the cheapest way, what would the order look like?
