Lo practico con una raqueta y una bola de tenis. In this sentence "Lo" means what?

I

Lo either means "that" or "it". Here's an example to help! *Lo de Michelle. = That's Michelle, or That which is Michelle's.

@bina_love The Spanish word for "I" is "Yo." This whole sentence says "I practice it with a tennis racket and ball." The word "yo" isn't in the sentence. In Spanish, it's sometimes optional to use the word "yo." In this case, we already know the sentence starts with "I," because the verb is "practico," which means "I practice." ("Practico" can also mean "I play," when we're talking about sports. Like tennis.)
