plot the points on a rectangular cordinate plane (-70,30),(20,-90),(45,25),(-50,-68)
You really don't have a question stated but I have plotted the quadrilateral. It seems to have no parallel sides.
I notice on the plot I didnt see any plot on all the numbers ,you plot it on a different number why and How did you end up with that
@wolf1728 plotted the correct shape, the scale is just off by a factor of 10. Add a zero to the end of each number along the axes and the plot should make more sense to you.
Oh Matt but can you plot it for me ,I have done all other problems but I have never come across big numbers like this ,I have always plot numbers btween 1 to 10 .
Just copy the graph above exactly, but label the axes 20, 40, 60... rather than 2, 4, 6... Graphing big numbers is the same as graphing small numbers. If your point is (-7, 3), you go to -7 on the x-axis and 3 on the y-axis. If your point is at (-70, 30), you go to -70 on the x-axis and 30 on the y-axis.
so like 70,30 .it will start from 10,20,30,40,50,60,70 and like 45,25 will be start from 5 ,10,15 etc and like 20.90 start from 10,20 etc and 50,68 .what will it start from .I am confused on this ,if you can graph it for me .I will be fine then next time i will understand how to plot on a graph on big numbers
