OpenStudy (precal):

I am looking for multiples of 3 from 10 to 100

OpenStudy (badhi):

You should be looking for multiples of 3 from 10 to 100 which are not squares of integers

OpenStudy (precal):

like what? squares of integers is that x^2

OpenStudy (precal):

13, 16, 19 ........like this?

OpenStudy (badhi):

like, 12,15,18,21,... (without numbers like 36,81,...)

OpenStudy (precal):

boy am I doing this incorrect......

OpenStudy (precal):

28 total

OpenStudy (precal):

Thanks.......

OpenStudy (badhi):

let's see. minimum number in the set of multipliers of 3 in the range of 10 to 100 is 12(4x3) and maximum is 99(33x3). So there are (33-4)+1=30 numbers that are divisible by 3. Out of them only 81 and 36 are square of an integer. So altogether 30-2=28 I also get 28.
