PLS HELP PEOPLE

OpenStudy (cggurumanjunath):

do u know the formula of finding a perimeter of rectangle ?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

2L + 2W =P

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Just draw a rectangle with sides of 16 and 9...|dw:1379894900921:dw|

OpenStudy (anonymous):

why 16 and 9

OpenStudy (anonymous):

it doesn't have to be 16 and 9, it just has to be anything other than 15 and 10 that add up to 25

OpenStudy (anonymous):

oh okay thank you but do you know why the statement is false?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

it is false because the consecutive sides don't HAVE to be 10 and 15. The statement basically says that they have to be, so the statement is false.

I understand completely now thank you so much for the help. Have a good day man c:
