Water consists of 1 oxygen atom and 2 hydrogen atoms|dw:1380211171149:dw|
OpenStudy (anonymous):
aren't you talking about AlCl3
OpenStudy (anonymous):
Yea, but yourmomskid, can you see how the number of hydrogen and oxygen atoms are expressed in its formula? Water is H2O, so it's telling us that there are two hydrogen atoms and one oxygen atom in one water molecule
OpenStudy (anonymous):
Now looking at AlCl3, can you figure out how many atoms are in that molecule?
OpenStudy (anonymous):
say it please
