An inactive, middle-aged woman is about to become a grandparent and wants to follow her doctor's advice by becoming more physically active. He reminds her that long-term benefits may maintain flexibility and reduce endurance. improve muscular strength and reduce bone density. increase surgery recovery and hospital visits. maintain balance and coordination

That's a tough one, I'm going to have to say that a long term benefit would be to maintain balance and coordination. Because being active doesn't reduce endurance. Nor does it reduce bone density. it does increase surgery recovery, but does not increase hospital visits. Unless you injure yourself, but is not part of the question. I hope this helps :D
