Can you please explain me what is the difference between x---->0+ and x---->0- in limits ? I don't quite understand 100% so I thought I would ask just to make sure ?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

limit x---->0+ means the right side limit, limit x---->0- means the left side limit,

OpenStudy (christos):

But what do you mean by "right side limit" and "left side limit" ? @Data_LG2

OpenStudy (anonymous):

if this two sided limits are equal then the limit of the function exists. example of limit that exists..|dw:1380404763826:dw| example of limit that DOES NOT EXIST|dw:1380404848112:dw|
